Excellent location. Positive: I chose this location for its proximity to the Menil Collection and Rothko chapel. They are must-sees in Houston. The apartment is very well-furnished. I loved having a washer and dryer as I had been traveling for weeks by the time that I arrived and needed to do laundry. I loved the location as I could walk to many great restaurants (like the Toasted Coconut) and one of my favorite cafes (Black Hole Cafe). The apartment was very comfortable and had lots of drawers and a closet (could possibly use more hangers, though). Negative: There wasn't laundry detergent, but there are convenience stores nearby that sell it. This is very minor, but just wanted to list it in order to help others.

Positive: Great stay, everything was clean and comfortable and exactly what we expected. Location was good, several coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was nice! Negative: The AC in the bedroom wasn't working super well, but the living room unit was working fine so we were able to stay cool.

Very happy we chose to stay at Roomy Urban Apt #3! Would stay again! Positive: Communication between the apartment management and ourselves was excellent. We loved the Montrose neighbourhood! We were able to walk every morning, and met some lovely locals. The homes were beautiful, and we felt safe walking to the many restaurants in the area, even in the late evening. The apartment was very clean and suited our needs. We were able to do laundry before moving on to our next location. Negative: The kitchen amenities ( in terms of cooking) were adequate. The parking stall was convenient and right beside the apartment, however it was pretty tight fit for a mid size SUV. The apartment gate wasn't functional.

Overall, I enjoyed the place and would be happy to go back. Positive: Great location. The place had all the amenities that I needed. The neighborhood is quite safe and easy to walk around. There was a grocery store within walking distance (15 mins or so). Negative: The keypad based lock was not very easy to operate. It did not open properly on occasion. One one occasion, it locked up after three trials and I had to wait for the management to reset the passcode.

Im coming back Urban ! Positive: EVERYTHING! Hands down. This was my first time in Houston and it was great ! Place was next to everything, no more than 15 mins away. The actual tenants was amazing as well Negative: I loved everything about it !
