Positive: newly renovated and very clean
Negative: Parking is tight but workable

Positive: La ubicación es muy buena. Tiene conexiones para varios sitios de la ciudad y se encuentra cerca de un parque. El vecindario es muy tranquilo y con bellas casas.

I had a great time. Famous Menil museum is 4 blocks away. Lots to do within walking distance.
Positive: Within 4 blocks of a great grocery store, two coffee shops, 4 bars and 5 restaurants. Didn’t need a car.
Banh Mi place next door is a mom and daughter take out. Decent food. Everything on the menu is under $10. Black hole coffee shop is super chill.
Negative: It is clean and newly renovated. Pictures are accurate. But it isn’t fancy or luxurious and neither is the neighborhood.
